The geography and geographical location of Raipur Upazila has played a role in shaping the language and culture of Charmohana Union in the past. The main features of the language are the same as in other upazilas of Bangladesh, but there is some variation. For example, Mahapranadhvani is largely absent in spoken language, i.e. there is a tendency to simplify the language. The language of Laxmipur, Dhaka, which is adjacent to the regional language, has a lot in common. The modern education system is thought to have had a profound effect on the behavior, eating habits, language and culture of the people of the Union.

These cultured organizations have been organizing language education knowledge, correct pronunciation, recitation, Baishakhi Mela, Rabindra Jayanti, composition competition, song, book reading, drama, acting, Zari Sari Pala Gaan etc.
